The Board of Directors has approved a Block Payment Discount Program effective at 12:01 AM, December 14, 2007 and expires at 12:00 AM, January 18, 2007.
A few comments about this promotional program. Occasionally at this time of year we offer a significant discount to members for block payments to their account which helps the organization maintain our cash balances during the winter season. Flying is capital intensive and we strive to maintain stable cash levels to meet our operational needs year round.
In return for the substantial savings a participating member will receive, we have a few simple terms that are outlined below. We do not accept block payments by credit card as the fees charged to the club for credit card payments would make the costs of this promotion prohibitive.
We encourage any member interested in significantly reducing the cost of their flying or flight training to take advantage of this exceptional program. This is a limited program and once our objectives are met the program will expire earlier than the scheduled January 18, 2008 date.
If you wish to participate, simply download and print the Terms and Conditions Agreement from the link below . This agreement must be signed, dated and submitted along with your block payment. Place your payment check in the “deposit box” at the airport office and your agreement in the plastic tray labeled “Block Payment Agreement” located on the Scheduling Desk next to the “deposit box”.
The block payment amounts that qualify for the program are as follows: a $1,000 block payment will receive a 5% credit ($50); a $2,500 block payment will receive a 7% credit ($175); a $5,000 block payment will receive a 10% credit ($500).
